I am results-driven digital product and people leader with 20+ years experience impacting organizations’ performance and profitability.
Before I started Layline my resume would read something like, “I guide customer-focused digital transformation via agile methodologies across internal teams and key stakeholders.”
What that really means — We’re going to build things with your customers in mind, and we’re going make sure everyone is satisfied with what is delivered, when it is delivered and how much it costs.
I am focused on your customer because you are focused on your customer. If they aren’t happy, you don’t have a business. What makes them happy? A product that solves a problem, more than a shiny object or a nice-to-have. We’re in the business of building necessity.
